THE ROLE:
Working a 3 shift rotating pattern (6 days on, 4 days off) the successful candidate will be a vital cog in the productivity of the production facility. Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive and breakdown duties on PLCs, CNC machinery and other plant equipment, the maintenance engineer will work within a very efficient and professional manufacturing environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> Ideally you will be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer who is able to work comfortably on both electrical and mechanical aspects.
> Possible industries or markets you could come from include FMCG, food, woodworking/joinery, metalwork or electronics – basically any high production and fast moving engineering/maintenance environment.
> You will hold relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds, O/HNC/D, 16th/17th edition etc.
> You must have the flexibility to work a 3 shift system. Night shifts will not be enforced until after Christmas as to allow you time to bed into your new surroundings and be trained on their equipment.
