Full Description:
Working in a 2 rosette restaurant in a beautiful hotel set in countryside surroundings you will work alongside Head Chef in providing high quality fine dining food. You will be based mainly on the mains and sauces section however will get the opportunity to experience the other section in the kitchen on occasions. You will be responsible for running the kitchen in Head Chef's absence.
You will have excellent kitchen experience and may be looking for that next step up the ladder. You will have your food hygiene certificate as well as have a good understanding of food. You will be driven by providing good quality and good-looking food to customers but also want to develop your skills. You will need to have your own transport, as there is no bus.
