This organisation are looking to expand their business with the addition of inbound customer service advisors based at their head office location in Narborough. These opportunities have arisen due to continual business growth in the industry and the acquisition of new customers.
Dealing with customers and customer service enquiries to the highest standards, you will be expected to meet quality targets for the service your provide along with lead generation targets and the ability to identify opportunities to talk to your customer about other products and services.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will:
• Deal with inbound customer service enquiries
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Identify the customers needs and resolve any issues they may have
• Identify opportunities to cross sell and promote additional products to the customer
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Previous customer service experience
• Contact centre experience is preferred but not essential
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers
• The ability to work to targets in a fast paced environment
• PC literate

You need to be flexible between the hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Saturday, working 1 in 2 Saturdays.
