Your prime responsibility will be to run on a P&L basis a large restaurant, exercising strong budgetary control, inspirational team leadership and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in running a large restaurant or modern bar environment. Reporting to the sites food and beverage manager, you will be commercially aware, have excellent interpersonal skills along with staff training and leadership capabilities. You will be able to deliver the highest levels of service and exceptional financial results in a similar modern eating experience environment.
