An internationally known manufacturer of steel, based in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales, are looking to appoint a Customer Services Team Leader.
You will have experience of working within the manufacturing industry and be able to provide strategic direction to the customer services department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Customer Services team and report to the Supply Chain Director. You will provide target setting, direction, regular reviews, appraisals and feedback to direct reports.
You will be the primary logistics and planning interface between the customer and the company, and also manage the receipt , analysis and processing of customer schedules.
The successful candidate must be a confident leader, with a positive and encouraging personality, with excellent system and industry knowledge.
