After winning numerous new and exciting HVAC contracts, a market leading building services main contractor currently have a requirement for a mechanical estimator.

SALARY: £40,000 circa + pension + private healthcare + mobile phone + other benefits.
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Kidderminster, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Cannock, Telford.

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will join an ever expanding firm who hold an enviable reputation within their market. You will be expected to prepare various mechanical and HVAC estimates from drawings and specifications for installation projects ranging up to £4m in worth.
You will become an integral part of an already successful team of mechanical and electrical Estimators, working on a variety of exciting and varied projects. Recent developments mean that you will be working in many sectors - notably education and healthcare, commercial buildings, retail outlets and industrial premises.
The potential for personal future progression is very clear and available for the successful candidate. This opportunity is not going to be available for long, so if you are an estimator with relevant experience within the building services industry you can expect an immediate interview.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> You will hold HVAC and mechanical building services estimation experience, as well as the ability to deal with large installation tenders.
> High level of customer communication and commercial knowledge.
> You must have the ambition and drive to be a major part of the companies tender operations in the long term.
