Leading business travel management company is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their accounts and administration office in Derby. This company has been established over 20 years and their range of services and scope of operations has expanded to encompass virtually every travel requirement demanded by today's commercial, industrial, academic and service sector.
Your duties will include;
Sales ledger invoicing
Daily banking and cash allocation
Supplier invoice processing
Purchase ledger account reconciliation
Nominal ledger account reconciliation
Outgoing and incoming payments
Filing
General office administration
The successful candidate will have experience of sales, purchase and nominal ledgers and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of working with ISO procedures would be beneficial.
Part time or full time will be considered.

Basic salary 12,000 to 15,000 (pro rata for part time)
