We are looking to recruit this newly created role as Financial Director with experience of dealing with all commercial aspects with in a niche service sector market for this start up business. This role will have a remit into Europe, Asia, Australasia, America, Middle East and emerging markets and during the course travel could be up to two to three days a month.
The Role
Acting as the prime interface between the senior management team, will look at operational performance and management. Working in partnership with the Chief Executive to control the growth of the business. You will have Strong leadership and influencing skills in the expansion of the business and supporting all business areas such as commercial, sales, operational, financial review and decision making. You will be heavily Involved with setting tactical and strategic plans for the business including investments and market/ territory expansion.
Other area's of responsibilities will be for management responsibility ensuring results, cashflow and working capital requirements are tightly controlled. Review of results, budgets and forecasts ensuring strong financial controls, procedures and processes are implemented, Development of the infrastructure/ key commercial drivers of the operations to deliver continued sustainable growth and profits.
Candidates will have a significant amount of UK finance experience and is likely to start in the new year.
