Our client is currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their busy Team. The successful candidate will have experience providing 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support diagnosing and resolving technical user problems. You will have a good technical understanding including IT Hardware and Software including MS Office Applications and Windows 2000/XP. Candidates also need excellent customer service skills as well as a methodical approach to trouble shooting technical issues.
