Collections Advisor
Are you fed up with telesales but enjoy earning lots of money? If so look no further!!
Due to continued expansion within Nottingham our client is looking for experienced customer service/sales professionals to work in their collections department.
This role will enable you to help customers who have fell behind with payments to negotiate a new payment plan that will help them to pay back what they owe as well as continue to use the great services our client provides.
Scope of role:
• Calling customers and offering new payment plans and taking payments over the phone.
• Dealing with any payment failure issues and help to arrange payment methods and update customer records accordantly.
• Liasing with other internal departments
• Work to revenue and call targets
The ideal candidate
• The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service or call centre background and enjoys helping people.
• Dealing with sensitive issues the ideal candidate will have to be assertive but uphold an excellent customer service attitude at the same time.
