Key Areas of Responsibility
• Manage teams performance to deliver their objectives/SLAs to ensure Policy & SOPS are
adhered to, including DPA and call listening
• Personally delivers effective training and coaching to all staff in line with business objectives
• Deal with and resolve complaints efficiently
• To hold effective weekly/monthly 1-2-1s and 6 monthly appraisals
• Accurately communicate and project figures to line management
• Identifies performance issues within the team, taking appropriate action as and when required with effective coaching
• Contacts customers to resolve arrears issues
Skills and Experience Required
You must have the ability to work under pressure and have previous people management experience. You will have a background in collections.
Benefits
In return you will be offered a salary of £18.5k - £19k with 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, share save scheme & share incentive scheme. Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but dependant on the needs of the business
