The Role: Responsible for ensuring that all administration tasks are completed by the Sales Administration team in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
• Oversee and carry out the inputting, processing and distribution of all sales
• To manage the overflow of calls via switchboard
• Ensure that all new leads are entered onto the system both manually and electronically from energy company’s
• Generate reports and ensure that energy systems are updated accordingly
• Managing the on hold/reject filing system
• Obtaining funding approvals from various scheme providers
• Managing interest free credit payment options with customers
• Ensuring energy audit forms are completed and sent.
• Apply for all CIGA Guarantee’s
• Ensure that internal post is distributed accordingly.
• Delegate and carry out day to day administration duties in line with company procedures
• Ensure that team members are effectively trained so that all required tasks, both existing and future, ca n be effectively executed
• Proactively monitor the attendance, timekeeping and work of the administration team in conjunction with the Sales Support Manager/HR, taking action where necessary
• In conjunction with the Sales Support Manager shortlist, interview and select new recruits to the department
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Ensure all associated administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures
• Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times
• Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
• And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.
