Job Purpose
To ensure the successful implementation of esg group’s total quality and standards are achieved, maintained and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
Formulating, implementing and monitoring a esg group quality strategy
Developing and maintaining group quality management systems that deliver business results
Lead on all external accreditation and inspections achieving business excellence
Act as the change agent and influence professional practice across the esg group
Manage and coordinate the quality improvement team ensuring divisions fully take on ownership of quality
Provide quality management reports to the directors on a regular basis, including management proposals for business improvement
