Our client based in NG15 specialise in the provision of communication services and have a number of specialist arms to their business.
They are a large employer in the Nottingham area and highly respected in their field.
The role:
The overall role is to support the Account Manager to ensure that customer accounts are managed efficiently. You will communicate regularly with customers to develop and build a relationship. This will require sending reports on appropriate activities, keep the customer up to date with any new developments or services, provide accurate job costings, collate relevent statistics, maintain stock levels and regular communication with customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have a query on an order.
The hours are 37.5 per week, Monday- Friday.
The successful candidate will have:
-Customer Service Experience
-Good communcation skills
-Ability to work to deadlines
-Good PC skills (SAP is advantageous)
