Due to the continued development of our business we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Derby.
Working with our sales advisors, you will understand the importance of delivering service excellence, you will be an excellent communicator and a team-player. Experience is essential.
You will be working on our customer helpdesk, and will be in charge of answering our customers' queries or/and complaints, computing and recording totals of transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers, receiving payments, cash, credit cards, cheques or vouchers and maintaining a clear and organised check-out area.
We will be open 7 days so flexibility is a key requirement for this role, weekends and some late nights will be required on a rota basis.
