Claims Handler – Centre of Derby, Salary Negotiable depending on experience
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced claims handler to join an established Commercial Insurance company in the centre of Derby.

Working as part of the claims department your day to day duties will involve:
• Creating reports for internal and external purposes
• Working through the claims process and procedures
• Liaising with other experts in the business
• Maintaining FSA compliance requirements and being aware of possible fraud indicators
• Liaising with customers to fully understand their needs and requirements
• Keeping records up to date
• Collating and presenting information to insurers
• Analysing external reports
The successful candidate will ideally:
• Have claims handling experience in commercial insurance
• Be aware of FSA requirements and legislation affecting the business
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work within a team
• Have the ability to prioritise workload and work towards changing deadlines
• Be computer literate
• Have complaint handling experience
