A prestigious Head Office based in Coventry are seeking an experienced and professional Senior HR Officer.
The role is pivotal to the company's expansion plans and requires a Generalist HR professional that has experience of being the first point of contact for a range of HR queries. It would ideally suit an experienced HR Officer that is looking for a route into management.
The position requires an ability to work in a stand alone position, be a confident communicator and be able to liaise with management on all HR issues.
The key responsibilities of the role are to:-
To develop the existing HR policies and procedures
Manage personnel based projects
To advise management on all Performance Management issues
To be the point of contact for Employee Relations
To co-ordiante learning, training & development activities
To support in the recruitment process
Provide advice and guidance on HR queries
Provide HR administration support as and when required.
You must be CIPD qualified and have experience of working closely with management to implement new policies and procedures. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
