A major Luxury Designer outlet based at East Midlands Airport is looking for experienced sales specialists with experience of selling high value merchandise and exclusive products. Candidates must have experience gained from working within specialist retail outlets.
The candidate will have exceptional presentational and customer service skills and experience with high spending and exclusive clientele within heavily targeted fashion retail environments.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key Responsibilities and Tasks
Customer Service and Product Knowledge
Create a welcoming, personal environment. Build rapport using positive body language and a friendly, confident approach/greeting with every customer.
Establishes rapport by asking open and general questions and entering into conversation with the customer.
Listen to the customer's requirements and establish their preferences in order to establish the customer's needs.
Offer the customer solutions to product and service requirements and proactively inform customers of current promotions and incentives in an enthusiastic and passionate approach.
Create an interactive and unforgettable experience for the customer by engaging in a personal consultation, allowing the customer to test and experience products.
Introduce and encourage customer to experience the brand portfolio of products, to upgrade the customer purchase and drive average transaction value
Close the sale, offering thanks for their custom and inviting the customer for a return visit. Where required offer information about the terminal.

Shifts
All full time candidates must be able to work from as early as 05.00hrs to 22.00hrs based around a 3 days on and 3days off shift pattern. Each shift will consist of a twelve-hour working day.
