Floating Tenancy Support Worker vacancies have arisen within the Nottinghamshire area. Successful applicants will support older persons to sustain their own tenancies.
Applicants who do not possess the relevant experience need not apply.
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
*Supporting older persons across the Nottinghamshire area to sustain their own tenancies.
*To devise and routinely review support plans tailored to individual needs.
*To maintain high standards of service delivery.
*To assist tenants moving in, departing, re-housing and subsequently supporting them as long as is needed.
*To provide continuing support for Service Users in terms of practical and domestic skills, parenting skills, employment and benefit issues, personal and social support networks.
*To provide individual support sessions.
*To liaise with all agencies concerned with the progress of individual tenants and attend meetings as appropriate.
*To ensure queries, problems and requests of tenants are responded to appropriately.
*To ensure confidentiality of information with regards to records maintained and tasks undertaken.
*To work as a team member to develop the overall effectiveness of the teams' practice in accordance with policies, procedures and written codes of conduct.
*To have a flexible approach to duties is essential in order to maintain a service in all departments within the service.
*To participate in any training deemed relevant by the Project Manager.
*To ensure best practice principles are maintained in all areas of work.
*To represent the organisation as required with relevant outside bodies.
*To adhere to and promote the organisations Equality & Diversity policy within and outside the organisation.
*To comply with all aspects of the organisations' Health & Safety policy, as applicable to the post.

You will undergo an Enhanced CRB Check.
Car driver essential role due to the rural location.
