Support Workers are requires to work within a large charity within the Leicestershire area. You will be working with adults with learning disabilities in residential units and in their own homes. You will be required to provide personal care where needed and adhere to individual care plans

In your role as Care Assistant, you will

*Provide general Support for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
*Provide Personal and intimate care
*Working as part of a team but also some lone working may be involved
*Adhere to care plans
*Support emotional needs
*Liaise with Social Work teams and families where appropriate

To qualify for this role, you must
*Have relevant experience working with vulnerable adults
*Undergo an Enhanced CRB Disclosure
*Have mandatory training
*Be able to work on own initiative
