Support Workers are required to work with adults with complex needs within adult care schemes across Lincolnshire.

The posts are temporary, varying in duration and require a flexible approach to shift work.

Main duties -
•Providing general care for adults with complex needs
•Provide personal care
•Adhering to care plans
•Supporting emotional needs
•Liaising with Social Work teams and families where appropriate
•Domestic duties

Key Skills -
•Experience of working with vulnerable adults
•Be willing to undergo a Capita CRB
•Communication skills
•Pro active, willing attitude
•Driver desirable but not essential
