The restaurant has been awarded Double AA Rosette status, and is part of a small luxury hotel. They pride themselves on the extensive wine list and the exceptional standards set by the Head Chef, a Gordon Ramsey protégé.The successful candidate will have experience as a Waiter, preferably from a fine dining background, and be able to display the aptitude to develop into a more senior role.The salary is negotiable dependant on experience and would obviously increase if suitable for a more senior position.A fantastic chance for career progression with a live in option available.
