We are currently working with a very reputable client who is very eager to appoint a cusomer contact individual on a part-time basis.  This role is initially materntiy cover, but there is a strong possibility the role could be extended - it is for a minimum of 9 months.


 


Ideally the successful candidate will have experience from inbound or outbound calling, the daily duties require this individual to speak to customers regarding booking vehicles in for services, MOT and winter fuel checks etc....  In addition there will be duties such as liaising with other departments, mail-shots, administration duties and playing a vital role within a busy team.  Our client is wanting some-one with personality, good communication skills, ability to build rapport, fulfill a given task un-supervised, and generally be productive and motivated to achieve.


 


This particular opportunity is working in a reknown and well known dealership, offering excellent career progression as there will be internal opportunities whilst fulfilling the temporary contract if applicable.


 


This will suit some-one, who is keen, professional, organised, want to earn some good cash for a couple of days work - also the 2 days can fall in anytime in the week Monday - Friday to suit the successful candidate.


 


If you have experience of using Kerridge this is an advantage, although not essential, good IT skills are an added bonus though.
