• What’s involved:

1 Receive visitors and respond to their enquires in a polite and efficient manner

2 Ensure visitors are directed through the children centre ensuring application of Children’s Centre visitor and security arrangements at all times

3 Assist in handling telephone enquiries and direct callers appropriately

4 Assist in sorting and distribution of Children’s Centre incoming and out going mail

5 Undertake necessary filing and photocopying as appropriate

6 Undertake appropriate clerical duties associated with Children’s Centre

7 Support the aims of the Children’s Centre

8 Ensure the reception area is tidy and fit for purpose on a daily basis.
