Sales Manager - Utilities/Pipelines/Construction Chesterfield £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Plus 33 Days\' Holiday, Life Assurance, Pension Scheme and Lifestyle Benefits Package As a world leading manufacturer of electrofusion fittings, fully automatic butt fusion machines, control boxes and PE pipe jointing Tooling; our client is one of the UK\'s leading distributors to the utility sector. With a range of industry awards, they are also one of the Sunday Times\' Profit Track 100 Top 10 companies to watch. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their team. For this role our client is looking to recruit a confident and target-driven Sales Manager to successfully manage their internal sales procedure for agreed national accounts and local accounts, add value and really make a difference. Managing a sales-driven office (in and outbound calls), you will be responsible for every aspect of the day to day operation. Leading by example and providing training and development as required, you will ensure regular communication with your team to overcome obstacles and ensure the teams are equipped to do their job. Using your excellent planning and organisation skills, you will effectively prioritise to meet agreed deadlines and KPIs, managing risk and maximising revenue. As the Sales Manager, you will also identify new opportunities and smarter ways of working in order to assist in the growth of the business area. To be considered for this position, you must have experience of managing a sales team, a self motivated approach and the ability to work in a challenging target-driven sales environment. Whilst not essential, the ideal Sales Manager will also have knowledge of, or experience in the utilities, pipeline or construction industry.
