POSITION:
Project Engineer / Estimator (Dual Role)
SALARY:
£28,000 - £32,000 + Car + Benefits & Package
Nottingham, Loughborough, Newark, Sleaford - East Midlands
THE ROLE:
Working for this market leading mechanical and electrical contractor, you will employ your mechanical (HVAC) building services installation experience to take on a dual role incorporating project management and estimating duties.
Based from the East Midlands area office near Nottingham, you will work on commercial and industrial mechanical projects with values from £100k to £1m+.
Using your experience in mechanical project engineering and estimating you will be rewarded with a market leading starting package plus car and benefits.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Essentially you will be a mechanically biased building services engineer with project engineering and estimating experience on commercial contracts. HVAC installation experience very advantageous.
Living in the East Midlands you will have good HVAC knowledge which will enable you to advise clients on best solutions for HVAC installations. Any experience with system design would be advantageous but you MUST have estimating and project management experience as a project engineer or contracts engineer.
