Aspire People are looking for a Full Time Finance Officer for a busy School near to Nuneaton.

The role will include the following duties:

• Producing aged debtors reports from the system to identify unpaid invoices and chasing these up
• Banking duties
• Paying bills
• Allocating payments
• Keeping organised files of sales, purchases, payments and bank documents to be forwarded to the accountant
• Producing transaction analysis documents from the system for the accountant
• Advising admin staff with any finance queries
• Taking cash payments from students

Computer literacy is a priority, along with excellent communication skills so you can deal with students and agents both face to face and via email.

Whilst the ability to work as part of a team (and under pressure) is essential, the ideal candidate will be proactive taking charge of their responsibilities and able to work on their own.

Extensive references and CRB will be needed, as the role involves cash handling.
