TRUSTEE CASE HANDLER
Nottingham City Centre
Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 + attractive benefits package
My client based in the Nottingham City centre is looking for an experienced pensions administrator to work on trustee case work for an allocated portfolio of Trustee appointments in accordance with CCT policies and procedures.
A proven track record and a working knowledge of law and practice in the pensions industry is essential as is an up to date knowledge and understanding of all office electronic communication tools.
If you have an IFA, Para Planning and/or Pensions background then this is the perfect job for you.
Duties include:
Undertake all day to day written, verbal and electronic correspondence, with clients, advisers and pension scheme members, in respect of the allocated schemes, on behalf of the Trustee.
Escalate issues using the Trustee Decision Form and Sole Trustee Meeting processes.
Maintain accurate electronic records using the CCW data base.
Maintain accurate correspondence and compliance files, and all other such records.
Set up and actively monitor progress of scheme ‘wind-up’ against an agreed Project Plan and Budget for each allocated scheme.
Support the Trustee Case Manager and fellow Case Handlers to manage a wider portfolio of schemes.
Maintaining highly professional relationships with clients, advisers and Government agencies.
Adhere to all general office duties in accordance with CCT procedure.
