Sales Executive/Business Development - IT Sales (Hosting Solutions) Based in Derby or Wakefield £18,000 - £23,000 (Year 1 OTE £30,000, Year 2 OTE £40,000) Are you a talented sales professional in search of a fresh challenge within the IT industry? If so, this is the role for you! As an award winning provider of developed communication solutions, our client is a dynamic and growing business. Offering services and solutions in the areas of colocation, hosting, connectivity and IP Telephony solutions, they provide an exciting place to work. An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development/Sales Executive to join their team. For this role our client is looking to recruit a B2B sales professional to sell the company\'s hosting solutions based around their data centre capability. Full IT training will be provided, as will marketing and technical assistance. The services you\'ll sell include: * Colocation * Connectivity * IP telephony/SIP As a Business Development/Sales Executive you\'ll be involved in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the order and the ongoing management of the account. Deal sizes will typically range from £5k to £100k (annual contract values). To be considered for this position you must have proven business to business sales experience. You\'ll also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a self starting approach. Whilst previous experience selling IT hosting solutions, such as colocation, connectivity or IP telephony/SIP, would be beneficial to your application, what our client is really looking for is a tenacious sales person looking to develop their career in the IT industry. This role can be based in Derby or Wakefield.
