An Experienced Residential Conveyancer is sought join this company in Burton Upon Trent, to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold, freehold, new-build and shared-ownership.

This Legal Property Lawyers is a highly successful firm of Licensed Conveyancers based in Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire. They proactively encourage development of their personnel and offer rewarding long-term career prospects

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £18k - 20k + BONUS

This Experienced Residential Conveyancer will adhere to good conveyancing practice. To comply with the CLC rules and regulations and comply with the Firm\'s money laundering regulations.

The right Residential Conveyancer candidate will process conveyancing transactions accurately and expeditiously and maintain relationships with clients and ensure strong levels of customer service. The role of the Residential Conveyancer will also be to maintain relationships with Estate Agency branches and maintain accurate and tidy files that are compliant with all CLC and Money Laundering legislation.

Key Competencies of the Residential Conveyancer:
- All aspects of conveyancing in a high volume transactional environment (average caseload 80 - 100 at any one time), including file opening and post completion
- Familiar and competent use of case management systems
- Delegation and management skills
- Must also be a problem solver
