Job Description
Deputy Manager - Ripley - 11.00-11.25Our client is a small group of care homes in the East Midlands are that care for the elderly through a network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. The 25 bed home is situated in Ripley and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.They are looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Nursing Manager of a 25 bed specialist nursing home with dementia care. The home provides care for nursing, residential and dementia clients. In conjunction with the nursing manager you will provide leadership and support to all nursing and care staff within the nursing home.The role is full time for a registered nurse, 37.5 hours per week, and would be a good opportunity for someone looking to progress from a senior nurse into a managers role. Ongoing career development is on offer.
