Job Description

A Customer Liaison Manager / Estate Agent is sought to join this company in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.

Our client is the Midland’s largest independent Estate Agency group, and they currently have an exciting vacancy available for a highly motivated individual to further their career as a professional Customer Liaison Manager / Estate Agent.

LOCATION: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire
SALARY: £13,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £17,000)

With the natural growth in the market, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Liaison Manager to assist in the successful conversion of the pipeline.

The ideal Customer Liaison Manager / Estate Agents will possess:

• €¢ Experience in an estate agency environment is ideal but not essential

• €¢ The ability to communicate effectively

• €¢ A real desire to see your clients property transaction through from start to finish

• €¢ Excellent customer focus

• €¢ Experience of managing client expectations

• €¢ A positive, professional and vibrant manner

To succeed in this role as a Customer Liaison Manager / Estate Agents you will be expected to:

• €¢ Have the energy and enthusiasm to deal with potentially difficult situations as they arise

• €¢ Be passionate about excellent customer service

• €¢ Work as part of a team

• €¢ To hold the clients hand through the sometimes difficult process from finding their new home right through to them moving in
