Snr/Recruitment Consultant - Education - Derby

New 'start up’ desk focusing on the Nottingham are - Primary or Secondary

Position

• Due to increased business levels my client urgently need to add another consultant to their  Derby branch
• The successful candidate will be tasked with developing a Primary or Secondary Education desk focusing on Nottingham and surrounding areas.
• This is a 360 role that require the successful candidate to have strong sales & service skills

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum 12 - 18 months temp recruitment experience, ideally within Education, although good recruiter from alternative  professional sectors will be seriously considered
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Must demonstrate a high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• React in a targeted environment
