Job Description
Our client, a large organisation based within Derby City Centre seeks a motivated and experienced administrator to join their busy team at the companies head office.
Reporting to the Team Leader day to day duties will include:
Updating manual and computerised spreadsheets logging payments made and issuing receipts where required
Manually produce invoices
Distribution and Mailing of Invoices
Arrange refunds and credits where required
Maintain filing system
General administration to support the department
Candidates should have excellent communications skills, sound IT skills, in particular excel and have a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Experience within a financial environment is preferred however not essential.
Hours of work are 37 per week (flexi time between 0800 and 1800) Benefits include on site parking scheme, pension, generous holiday allowance and healthcare.
This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity to commence immediately, therefore applicants should be available at minimal notice
