Job Description
Our client, a large central organisation seeks an experienced administrator to join their busy team. Working in a team of 8 and directly responsible to the department team leader, key responsibilities will include ensuring the up to date management of charges and related databases.
Day to day duties will include:
Maintaining computerised and manual records regarding charges and payments
Dealing with queries and advising customers of changes to charges
reporting arrears and corresponding with external agencies to recover outstanding monies
Banking of cheques recieved
Checking of accounts and reconciliation
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience within a similar role or a financial environment together with excelent communication and interpersonal skills. A sound working knowledge of Excel is essential.
Within this role candiadtes will be expected to draft their own outgoing correspondence and therefore an excellent standard of written grammar and spelling is essential.
This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity to commence mid October therefore candidates should be able to commence this role at minimal notice
