Medium sized manufacturing company based close to Alfreton are looking for a credit control supervisor. You will be supervising a small team of 3 reporting into to finance manager.
Main duties will include:-
* Running your own ledger.
* Chasing overdue accounts by telephone and letter.
* Cash allocation.
* Dealing with any queries and discrepancies on your accounts.
* Dealing with any major account problems within the team.
* Reconciliations.
* Investigative work.
* Producing monthly debtor reports.
* Copy invoices and statements.
* Motivating the team.
* Dealing and logging all holiday requests and sickness reports within the team.
* Ensuring the team hits there targets and debtor days are kept to a minimum.
The ideal candidate will have supervised previously and have excellent credit control experience.
In return the company offers 25 days holiday, a 37hr working week, Mon - Fri, free parking, pension and long term progression. This is a fantastic opportunity. Salary £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience.
