Experienced adminstrator required to join busy business development team within large corporate company. Key responsibilities and duties will include collation of information for tender documents and RFIs, supporting of the business development team with day to day admin tasks to include filing, faxing photocopying and typing together with transfer and adding of company logos/graphics to documentation.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, work in an organised and efficient manner and have previous experience using InDesign software together with a sound working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Initially a temporary position this position may become permanent for the right candidate.
