| Registered General Nurse/Registered Mental Nurse required for dementia home. Duties include - - Asses, plan, implement and evaluate individual care of residents - Ensure treatments are carried out as prescribed - Follow nursing home policy in respect of custody and administration of all drugs - Maintain personal contact with residents, their relatives and visitors to enhance the residents quality of life - Participate in the evaluation and review of policies and report to the Home Manager matters that effect policy - Take appropriate action in the event of an emergency, in accordance with care home policy For further information on this position or other vacancies available please contact Marcella Restrick on 01332 200300 or marcella.restrick@247-support.co.uk |
