| Excellent opportunity within Top UK bank. This is a superb role ideally suited to a experienced Business Development Manager, to be based within one of the UK's most successful Local Business Teams in the North Staffordshire region. The key responsibilities will be: -To develop and maintain a portfolio of customers - Meet the banks requirements in terms of business type, pricing, and income generation - Act as an ambassador for the Bank in the external business environment, at a senior business or organisational level. - Hold line management responsibility for a team of managers with responsibility and accountability for the team business performance, and sales practices - Where no team management responsibility exists, the expert skills held will be used proactively to develop other members of the team and establish effective and efficient business processes The role will suit a sales driven individual who proven experience of smashing targets. You should ideally be from a Banking or Financial Services background and be wanted to excel in a new challenge.
