| 6 month assignment, 20-25 hours per week, Part time, Pro Rata salary My client requires an administrator to provide support to the provision of a professional HR service to Operations. The HR department is responsible for payroll, recruitment, selection, HR data input, arranging medicals/drug screenings, staff travel, and the successful candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach to all of these tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent MS office skills, and will have used a personnel/payroll system before. They will have accurate data input skills, and need to quickly assimilate process and procedures applicable to the role. As the role is based within the HR department, the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality is paramount. Essential Skills It is likely that the successful candidate will have previous experience of working within an HR department, although this is not essential. Previous experience of working within a safety-critical sector would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge and Experience Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. |
