| Experienced Food and Beverage manager required to support the manager in the day to day responsibilities of achievement of consistent standards and acievement of budget and forecasted sales targets and controls. Working within the leisure industry within very busy "all you can eat" buffet type environment, the ideal candiadte will posess previous experience at a supervisory level managing up to 200 - 300 covers per day. Key responsibilities will include: Ensuring all areas are operating in line with Hygiene Regulations, Fire Procedures, Health and Safety at Work, Company rules and Regulations, Liquor Licencing Laws and Employment Laws. Implementing corrective action where neccessary. Reporting of all accidents or dangerous occurences Stocking of bars Ensuring cashiering duties are carried out effectively, stock taking training staff on upselling Staff training, weekly rotas, monitoring of hours worked and timesheets, communication of policies and procedures Candidate should have previous within a similar role,be confident and competent working within a very busy environment and be comitted to delievring the highest of standards for family diners.
