Team Leader:-
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Support Desk Team Leader to join their busy team. You will have previously worked within a Corporate IT environment, dealing with the operational management of a Support Desk ensuring that SLA's are achieved and improved. You will be keen to progress in both a technical and managerial areas; experienced in planning, scheduling, and monitoring work across the team, performance reviews, operational duties, and coaching / mentoring your team. Preference will be given to anyone holing an ITIL Certification, although this is not essential.
