We have a client that is based near Ruddington in Nottingham that is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team.
As a Customer Services Advisor you are the main point of contact for all customers calling into the National Support Centre, you will be logged into the Call Centre Telephony system along with other Advisors and your aim is to raise calls within the call logging package, provide customers with updates an produce customer reports when necessary.
The hours are 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am -8pm.
