| An exciting temporary to permanent opportunity for a candidate with experience of managing a busy team within a customer service environment. Working for an automotive repair business, you will manage a team of three customer service advisers on a day to day basis, monitoring their work and providing management support and guidance. You will assess their performance in a busy, fast-paced office and ensure that speedy customer service does not mean a compromise in service levels. The team and yourself will be taking calls from a variety of sources to arrange repairs to vehicles, using a database system to book and track the repairs. You will have a strong background in team management and customer service, and experience within an automotive environment would be a definite advantage. The role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate. |
