Our large, well established client are currently looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor.
Working at the Regional Contact Centre your duties will involve answering all customer queries in a quick, efficient manner, logging all call details onto the in-house system, solving any issues that customers may have and generally providing a very high standard of customer care.
Hours are on a rota basis between 8am and 8pm with the occasional weekend. You will always know your shifts in advance.
