| Purpose of Role: Achieve and exceed New Business targets Proactivley manage and develop Key Accounts by developing partnership/relationships and supporting their business development Accountabilites: Fulfil the accountabilities of an Account Manager, acting as a role model for other members members of the team and managing relationships with Key accounts. Assist Account Managers to develop their skills and performance through informal coaching and setting an example of professional standards. Help to develop other Account Managers in 'buddying' roles as appropriate. Actively participates in and assists in the organisation of Sales Team meetings. Maintain awareness of Sales Team performance and issues or opportunities which may affect this, putting formal relevant suggestions for improvements to the Sales Manager. |
