They are looking to recruit a commercial conveyancing and property solicitor to deal with their business clients to involve the sale and purchase of business premises, business and land acquisition, developments, secured lending and option agreements. You will also deal with commercial leases and advise and assist in relation to the complex areas of lease renewal, rent reviews and other business leasehold issues.
