As a Customer Service Agent, your primary task within the role is to receive, investigate and resolve queries and complaints from customers that have been received via all forms of communication.
Key aspects of the role include:
- investigating the query / complaint quickly and efficiently
- liasing with colleagues internally and externally for your investigation
- communicating your findings and actions to the customer clearly and accurately, with understanding and sympathy if appropriate.
As a Sales Support Administrator, the successful applicant will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of contracts, reporting and opening of accounts. The candidate will also be expected to acquire new business through sales leads and ensure they are the primary point of contact for any customer queries.
This post requires applicants who have knowledge of Microsoft Office, good verbal and written communication skills, excellent administrative skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to be able to deal with all customers calmly and professionally.
The candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and work under their own initiative and as a team to achieve the high service levels required.
