Full Description:
A leading and international car rental firm are looking to expand thier existing team by taking on reservation agents in thier Chesterfield head office.
Duties will include taking inbound calls from corporate/retail customers, allocating vehicles and making reservations and some negotiation of prioe, of which you will get full training on.
Ideal candidates will have experience of a customer service environment and ideally should hold 4 GCSES grades A-C.
