Maintenance Team Leader - £33k
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity providing management and leadership for a range of engineers on a daily basis. You will be in charge of area improvement plans with regards to safety, cost and quality and will be responsible for the control of repair and maintenance budgets.
Day to day duties:
• Ongoing improvement and delivery of maintenance strategy.
• Controlling spend to maintain gross margins.
• Delivering overall equipment effectiveness through engineering maintenance.
• Giving engineering training to production team.
• Complying with company and statutory health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Essential team leadership experience.
• IT literate.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Highly focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
